  • A well designed tiny home won’t feel tiny at all. Our designs draw from psychology insights, feng shui principles, and user experience efficiencies to help avoid tiny living fatigue, stress, and burnout. 

  • We believe in straightforward, easy to understand pricing. The price of your tiny house will equal the total cost of materials plus our labor charge. And our labor charge will be 75% of the cost of materials. No surprise, no debate, no conflict.

  • Often the material comforts available today are not worth the costs to acquire them. As experienced tiny dwellers, we know exactly where and how to best utilize economy materials to increase accessibility while maintaining quality.

We want everyone to know the satisfaction of building their own home. If you have always wanted to learn construction skills, there is no better place to start than with your very own tiny house. Slacker Scott will co-build with you and teach you along the way.

Co-builds start at $200/squarefoot.

  • Whether you need to get started picking out and purchasing tools or you need help synthesizing your pinterest board into one seamless design, we are excited to partner with you at any step. No step is too early!

  • You can choose to be as involved in the co-build process as you would like. You can co-build with us every day or every so often. We have a timeline to stick to, and we can also be flexible to accommodate your schedule. 

  • We believe in straightforward, easy to understand pricing. The price of your tiny house will equal the total cost of materials plus our labor charge. And our labor charge will be 100% of the cost of materials (co-build labor costs more than custom due to the extra instruction time)

We are DIY ‘til we die kind of folks and we want to support you if you are too! If leaving the design part to us will make your swinging the hammer part easier, we are all about it! You can replicate our existing builds through our resources, or you can have Slacker Scott design a custom build for you.

  • We are serious about creating your dream tiny design and YOU are half the equation. To ensure we are on the same page, we have a minimum three round design process in place. You will have homework, but I promise it’ll be fun! Design packages start at $450. 

  • All plans we sell are based on builds we have actually brought to life, so you can trust they don’t just work in theory. You measure twice and cut once, and let us handle the measurements
